FOUNDER + lead designer

Lemon Leaf Florist’ founder Sydney Grgurich has a few lifelong passions: learning, design, and creating opportunities to celebrate life’s biggest moments. It’s all about making beautiful memories. Sydney loves to travel, experience different cultures, and draw design inspiration from beautiful resorts around the world… her main justification for vacations ;)

Paying mind to distinction and detail helps Sydney and the LLF team evolve their floral designs and stay fresh. The goal is to create chic, unique, and breathtaking installations.

After graduating from Texas A&M University, Sydney spent a summer attending a master floral design course in Covent Garden, London where she received the majority of her floral training. She’s also attended The Karen Tran Floral Experiences in Santorini, Greece and Papagayo, Costa Rica.

If you’re inquiring about a wedding, you’ll be working directly with Sydney who will take you through the entire process starting with a quote all the way to setting up on your wedding day!

elise Fletcher

daily delivery aficionado

Elise is your go-to girl for daily deliveries at Lemon Leaf. Her interest in floral design grew when she attended the Karen Tran Master Class in Santorini, Greece, where she learned key techniques behind the craft and was taught how to build extravagant installations. Along with creating bouquets for daily delivery, she enjoys helping with weddings and corporate events.

Elise earned her degrees in Sociology and Communications at the University of Texas in 2019 (Hook ‘Em Horns!). While in school, she studied abroad in London, England, and loved her time traveling through Europe while she was across the pond. She ventured through Greece as well as Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam, Sorrento, and southern England. She finds that her eye for design is enhanced through exploring new places, people, and cultures.

kimberly mulloy

a fearless + bold designer

Kimberly was raised in Illinois and Vancouver, British Columbia.  She graduated from DePaul University in Chicago with a degree in Art History, specifically studying architecture and interior design.

After working several years in the family business of Hotel Development, she departed that industry to pursue a different dream. Kimberly turned her love of working with children and her passion for the arts into a teaching career that spanned 13 years.  

Fast forward to 2016 and her love of gardening, art and travel seemed to suddenly have purpose when her daughter, Sydney founded Lemon Leaf Florist. Kimberly has worked on several destination projects including those in Greece, Paris, London and Costa Rica. She is fearless when it comes to a floral design challenge.
