We will receive and review your submission and confirm our availability for your wedding date.

Then an initial quote will be sent to you based on the information and inspiration you provide within 1-3 days.

If you’re pleased with the initial quote, we will schedule a meeting to refine your designs, and discuss the details further.  

When you’re ready, a 50% deposit and signed contract is required to officially reserve your date!

One month before your wedding, we will schedule a final conversation to confirm correct quantities, items needed, etc. at which time the remaining balance will be due.

A little more info: If you are reserving a date less than 30 days out, we require payment in full upon contract execution. 

This 30 day deadline is when we must place the order for the flowers and materials to ensure we can get everything we need in time for your wedding. After this deadline, we do not issue any refunds.

We will be in communication throughout the entire process to ensure perfection of your special day!
